Clark was a top salesman in a national corporation for many years, proving he could do what he now teaches. He moved to National Sales trainer and served in that capacity until he began consulting as a sales trainer for major corporations. He also consults and trains on leadership and team building. While he is still consulting, he is now doing training classes with a new training and development company that is opening up its courses to individuals. Clark focuses on developing charisma and a positive attitude to attract people and infuence them. Clark loves his job and loves helping people develop their personalities. He holds an MBA and a degree in Psychology and merges the two felds in a way that is much more comfortable than many of the available training courses. He believes that changes made in small increments will be the best building blocks for future success. Clark teaches that the key to success in most felds is a personal connection between buyer and seller, boss and team, etc. The same skills needed to be likable and charismatic are the same needed to be successful in most interactive situations. He believes it is all about making a connection through active listening, finding out what is really important to the other person, and then leading them to do something that will truly benefit them. These skills are important and useful in a wide range of careers and relationships.
